Mental health support

Caring for someone you love can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. Many carers experience isolation, loneliness, and stress—and we understand  

Whether you need advice, practical information, or simply someone to listen, we’re here to support you every step of the way. 

What We Offer:

  • One-to-one support by phone, online, or face-to-face 

  • Wellbeing activities like mindfulness, stress control,  

  • Practical tools and resources to improve happiness and wellbeing 

  • Help with grant applications and access to other support services 

  • Individual and group family support, plus liaison with mental health agencies 

  • A monthly Carers’ Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Group – a safe space to share, connect, and feel understood
