Breaks from caring are really important and the Amser project is about giving you ‘time’ back
Amser Sitting Service
We can offer a short-term sitting / companionship service. Following a brief assessment, eligible carers will be offered up to 5, 2 hour weekly sits where we will provide companionship for the person with care needs
The project can arrange a short sit at home. It can also offer a less traditional 'break' through the micro-grants scheme for carers to receive vouchers to access a range of activities, e.g.

holistic therapies;
-
dining out
-
hotel breaks

Costa coffee
-
contribution to the cost of a spa day

cinema tickets
