Week 1: Managing Emotions & Breathing 
Learn the appropriate Yogic breath used during moving yoga practice and techniques used to calm the mind. 

Week 2: Balance Your Shopping like a Yogi 
Intro to Yoga balance poses and creating flexibility 

Week 3: The Depression Detox
Yoga to relieve depression and Yogic foods and techniques used to help rid the mind and body of depression 

Week 4: Mindful Rest
Yoga Nidra and healing. Bring a thick duvet, a few pillows, a warm drink and a blanket to cover yourself for an hour of mindful and healing rest

Week 5: Eat like a Yogi
