Omicron – services have to adapt

Due to the new government guidance in response to the Omicron variant, Swansea Carers Centre are required to make some changes to our working patterns.  We are temporarily suspending group and face to face appointments, however, please rest assured that our staff are at the end of the phone to support and advise you as usual.  We will be working from home but you can contact us on the telephone numbers listed on this website or email us.  Remember we also have our extended telephone advice lines available in the evenings should you wish to speak to a member of staff for advice or just a chat. 

If you require help from our welfare benefit service, the team are still fulfilling their appointments albeit over the phone. 

Keep checking our website for up-to-date information and look out for the new online activities organised by the Carers Connect project. 

We will of course keep you up-to-date via our ebulletin and social media. In the meantime, keep safe from all the staff at Swansea Carers Centre.
