Mindfulness is about bringing awareness to what’s happening in the present moment in a non-judgemental way. It can help you develop a kinder way of being with yourself and reduce your stress, anxiety and low mood.
We’ll be exploring how mindfulness can be helpful with managing life when it gets difficult and also how it helps us to take good care of ourselves. We’ll share two simple mindfulness practices and there’ll be space for reflecting on how these can be supportive in everyday life.
The taster will also introduce the full 8-week course, which offers opportunities for developing new skills to meet challenging life experiences, including stress, low mood and depression.
