On the day we’ll be hearing from Ifor Glyn, Swansea Carers Centre Directer, Sioned Williams MS, Andrew Collins and more speakers to be announced.

This will be a great opportunity for anyone who wants to learn about our services or professionals who want to learn how we are reaching those who aren’t engaging.
